Job summary

3M Indianapolis is seeking a Processing Operator I to join the team on the 2nd shift (5:45am – 4:15pm). The starting rate is $23.88 per hour plus shift differentials, with 3 weeks paid vacation for new hires and day-one health, vision, and dental benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED or higher.
• Minimum two months of experience operating production machinery.
• Willing to work 8–10 hour shifts, overtime, extended hours, weekends and holidays.
