Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience with processing of molding machines is necessary.
• Lock out/tag out authorization to be provided by OES.
• Designated Paulson online training as specified by supervision.

Responsibilities

• Initiates the start of molding machines for production.
• Troubleshoots molding machine malfunctions efficiently.
• Records details of machine malfunctions for future reference.
• Communicates raw material adjustments to handlers.
• Conducts test runs to ensure proper machine functionality.
• Notifies maintenance of electrical or mechanical issues.
• Identifies machines needing replacement parts.

Skills

Proficient in use of basic hand tools
