Qualifications

• Prior plastics manufacturing experience required.
• Experience operating plastic injection molding machines.
• Experience troubleshooting molding processes and equipment.
• Knowledge of basic hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Start and operate plastic injection molding machines.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and process issues.
• Adjust process parameters to maintain product quality.
• Document adjustments and corrective actions.
• Communicate material adjustments to Material Handlers.
• Conduct test runs to verify quality.
• Identify repair needs and report to Maintenance Technicians.
• Write basic robot programs and adjust existing ones.
• Operate robotic equipment used in plastics manufacturing.
