gpac LLC. is seeking a hands-on Process Technician for the 2nd/night shift in our plastics manufacturing operations.

You will set up, monitor, and optimize plastic processing equipment including injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion, ensuring quality and throughput. You will collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering to troubleshoot issues, implement process improvements, and maintain a clean, safe work environment on the overnight shift.

Competenze

• 2-5+ years of experience in plastics manufacturing.
• Experience with machine setup, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, prints, and process documentation.
• Basic mechanical aptitude (hydraulics, pneumatics, and equipment operation).
• Willingness to work night shift and overtime/weekends as needed.

Process Technician (Plastics) - 2nd Shift / Night Shift

We are seeking a hands‑on, detail‑oriented Process Technician with experience in plastics manufacturing to support and optimize production processes during our 2nd shift/night shift operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly on the production floor, troubleshooting equipment, and driving process improvements in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

In this position, you will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and optimizing plastic manufacturing processes, including injection molding, blow molding, and/or extrusion. You will work closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure efficient, high-quality output during evening and overnight production hours.

Shift Details

• 2nd Shift / Night Shift Position


• Evening and overnight hours required


• Overtime and occasional weekend coverage may be needed based on production demands

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, start up, and optimize plastic processing equipment (injection molding, blow molding, and/or extrusion)

• Basic mechanical aptitude (hydraulics, pneumatics, and equipment operation)


• Familiarity with continuous improvement practices (Lean, 5S, etc.) is a plus


• Ability to work independently and manage priorities during night shift operations


• Willingness to work in a hands‑on, fast‑paced production environment
