The 2nd shift Process Tech is a full-time, on-site role based in Valdosta, GA. This role is responsible for monitoring and adjusting production processes, including equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting to support efficient manufacturing of infrastructure products. The Process Tech will perform routine inspections, collect and interpret process data, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards. Daily responsibilities include working with production teams to resolve process issues, documenting process changes, performing basic preventive maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires effective communication with supervisors and colleagues to coordinate workflow and maintain a safe and organized work environment during 2nd shift operations.
