The role requires hands-on supervision of Flexographic, Offset, and Finishing operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and adherence to customer specs. You'll apply Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement practices to reduce waste, coach staff, manage performance, and coordinate with other departments to meet deadlines and client

Qualifications

• Experience in printing, manufacturing, or related production with supervisory/management exposure.
• Printing industry experience preferred with knowledge of offset, flexographic, or finishing operations.
• Familiarity with Lean, 5S, or daily improvement practices; willingness to learn Epsen Hillmer's approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead second-shift operations across Flexographic, Offset, and Finishing departments; coach and train employees; ensure performance, safety, and quality.
• Oversee production scheduling, staffing, productivity, downtime, and waste; perform quality checks and press approvals.
• Apply Lean, 5S, and MDI to reduce waste and improve safety, quality, and efficiency; communicate issues and follow up.
