Taylor Corporation is hiring a Press/Print Operating Technician for our North Mankato, MN facility. This full-time role on the 2nd shift (2pm–10pm) will set up presses, run print jobs, and ensure quality across output.

Ideal candidates have mechanical aptitude, basic math skills, and strong attention to detail. The position offers $18–$23 per hour, with DailyPay available on the first day.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and technical skills/aptitude required.
• Basic math to read ruler and calculate label dimensions.
• Ability to operate equipment to meet production/quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed job orders accurately and precisely.
• Identify and correct errors promptly.
• Set up/adjust press for job runs to meet specifications.
• Monitor product quality during job runs and correct issues.
• Monitor equipment during job runs and refer to maintenance as needed.
• Initiate start up and running of jobs per production schedule.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and upkeep.
• Complete logs and paperwork accurately.
• Meet output, waste, and spoilage targets.
