Qualifications

Must understand written and spoken English.
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and costs.
Ability to monitor equipment operations and control systems.
Ability to detect jams or malfunctions and adjust as needed.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and oversee automated processes to print mat products.
Startup, continuous operation and shutdown of automatic machines using operational software.
Troubleshoot machine malfunctions to maintain production levels.
Observe and inspect products for surface and dimension defects to ensure specifications.
Maintain cleanliness of machinery to ensure efficient operations.
Record production stops and explain reasons for improvement opportunities.
Responsible for lifting 30-40 lbs throughout the duration of the shift.
