Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Proficient in basic math for measurements and calculations.
• Experience with measuring devices is preferred.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
• Ability to read and understand work orders.
• Ability to pass a physical examination for vision, hearing, and mobility.
• Demonstrated reliable work history.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on precision and quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake equipment safely.
• Prepare production equipment and assist with changeovers.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure quality.
• Record production and quality data and report to supervisor.
• Assist in training others on procedures and best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and adjust equipment as needed.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment and follow PPE procedures.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
