Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year machine operating experience.
• Mechanical aptitude to operate and maintain machinery.
• Ability to work off shift hours.
• Able to wear PPE in manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures.
• Knowledge of G-Code may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine tools and monitor production using Shop-Trak.
• Load, unload, and store raw materials.
• Set up machines for production cycles and perform calibration.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings per specifications.
• Run quality checks and log data; report nonconformances.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning.
• Assist peers and cross-train on other machines.
• Ensure safety protocols and PPE compliance.
