The 2nd Shift Press Brake Operator (Monday-Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM) plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by accurately bending and shaping metal components according to precise specifications.
This position ensures that production goals are met during the second shift while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The operator will interpret blueprints, set up the press brake machine, and monitor its operation to produce parts that meet exact tolerances.

Basic math and measurement skills are applied daily to calculate bend angles and verify dimensions. Preferred skills such as CNC programming and troubleshooting enhance efficiency and reduce downtime by enabling quick adjustments and issue resolution.
