Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years in metals or press brake operation; vocational training considered.
• Experience reading shop blueprints and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and program the press brake to form parts per prints and specs.
• Identify nonconforming parts and follow procedures to control quality.
• Package completed orders and complete required documentation.
• Inspect equipment daily and report issues; perform basic maintenance as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow procedures, directions, and safety guidelines; train other operators as needed.
• Regular on-site attendance; adhere to shift schedule.
