Job summary

Attalon is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for East Granby, CT. This full-time role operates on the 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) to support production of precision fiber-optic coils used in inertial navigation systems for aerospace and defense applications.

Responsibilities include epoxy application, winding processing, and collaboration with engineering on improvements while adhering to ISO-like quality standards and cleanroom protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2+ years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Fine motor skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high-quality work.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Apply epoxy materials according to process specifications.
• Complete post-winding operations such as curing, tooling removal, and coil wrapping.
• Collaborate with engineering on process improvements and troubleshooting winding issues.
• Follow all cleanroom protocols and safety procedures.
