Bell & Evans is seeking a Production Associate to support high-quality poultry production across the facility. You will perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, handling live poultry or raw chicken products with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The role involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 pounds, and collaborating with teammates to meet daily targets while maintaining quality and food-safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in poultry processing or food manufacturing is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willingness to work in hot, cold, wet, and noisy environments.
• Reliability, motivation, and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Sort, weigh, label, and package poultry products using manual and automated equipment.
• Fold liners, seal trays, and prepare products for shipment.
• Palletize trays manually or with automated equipment.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
• Support production needs by working in different departments as assigned.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
