Teknor Apex is hiring a Production Operator for second and third shifts to support the manufacture of plastic materials used in medical and consumer products. You will work on blending and extrusion operations, verify production numbers, and maintain a safe, clean work environment while documenting production data.

The role emphasizes safe operation of forklift equipment, adherence to instructions, and collaboration with team members to meet quality and efficiency goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic math skills.
• Must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions.
• Verification of manufacturing numbers including item numbers, lot numbers and quantities.

Responsibilities

• Operate blending and extrusion equipment on 2nd and 3rd shifts.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and verify production numbers.
• Maintain a clean work environment and monitor personal safety.
• Document production information on required paperwork.
• Support safety and team objectives; participate in overtime as needed.
