The 2nd Shift Operations Superintendent is a high-impact manufacturing leadership role responsible for driving safe, high-quality, and efficient production during off-shift operations. You will serve as the operations leader on 2nd shift, empowering teams, strengthening lean culture, and ensuring seamless continuity across all shifts.

Reports To: Director of Manufacturing
Personnel: Manufacturing personnel assigned to the shift.
High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training preferred.
10+ years of manufacturing experience.
Supervisory experience.
Strong machine or fabrication expertise.
Knowledge of quality systems, NDT, materials, heat treatment, and manufacturing software.

Near acuity and accommodation are required for reading machine dial gauges, blueprints, and precision measuring instruments used in the inspection of parts and machinery.
Ability to monitor machine sounds to identify and diagnose changes in order to take appropriate action.
