Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience directly related to the duties of the position strongly preferred.
• Must read, understand, and follow work instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process receivers, shipments, work orders, inventory transfers, inventory modifications, and customer returns in computer system.
• Review and proofread reports and system documents for accuracy.
• Research material usage to reconcile systems inventory discrepancies.
• Work with various departments to resolve inventory issues.
• Print inventory tags and prepare paperwork for shipments.
• Match and file bills of lading, packing slips, work orders, and certifications.
• Assist internal and external customers with questions and expedite orders.
• Track and report truck mileage and weights.
• Review weekly activity reports and take necessary action.
• Scan, coordinate, and file paperwork.
• Assist with special projects and performing additional tasks as directed by supervisor.
