Job summary

Recycling Management Resources, LLC is seeking a Full Time Plant Laborer for our Raleigh facility to support plant operations safely and efficiently on the 2nd shift. The Laborer will help maintain the production floor and ensure proper handling and storage of materials, with an hourly rate based on experience.

Responsibilities include material separation, sorting assistance, equipment reporting, and daily housekeeping. Must meet safety standards and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual material separation for processing.
• Remove non-compliant materials during sorting.
• Handle and store incoming materials in the plant area.
• Maintain general plant housekeeping inside and outside the building.
• Report equipment issues to supervisor/maintenance staff.
