Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading training, coaching, or mentoring staff.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting for process issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Lead maintenance teams in predictive and preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Plan and schedule maintenance in collaboration with Production.
• Develop and track maintenance KPIs and reports.
• Train staff and ensure safety and compliance in maintenance tasks.
• Provide day-to-day troubleshooting support for equipment issues.
