Starting hourly pay is $18.00, with compensation determined by qualifications and company guidelines. One year of distribution/manufacturing experience preferred, and a PIT license must be maintained.

Qualifications

• Must read, analyze and interpret related documents.
• Ability to understand written and oral instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to multi-task and complete tasks.
• Must attain and keep a current PIT license.
• One year of distribution/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and repetitive hand motions.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds and occasional work at heights above 30 feet.

Responsibilities

• Selects products for requested work and assists department.
• Troubleshoots problems and relays information to Leads or Supervisor.
• Performs picking/packing, shipping, receiving, inventory, and other warehouse duties.
• Completes department paperwork per SOP.
• Replenishes materials to assigned stock zones.
• Maintains professional working relationships and supports safety and quality initiatives.
• Performs other duties as required.
