Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a 2nd shift Forklift Operator in Aberdeen, MD. This full-time, long-term role offers steady hours, paid clamp-truck training, and opportunities for advancement into Lead or Supervisor positions.

Responsibilities include operating sit-down forklifts and clamp trucks, moving and securing freight, scanning inventory with RF devices, and maintaining safety and productivity standards in a climate-controlled warehouse.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sit-down forklift experience.
• Must have a valid forklift license.
• Ability to pass on-site forklift driving test.
• Ability to pass safety training pre-test.
• Ability to lift 20–50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Steel-toe boots required; strong attendance and safety mindset.

• Move, load, and secure large or oversized products.

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM

What You'll Do

Required:

• At least 1 year of recent sit-down forklift experience
• MUST HAVE VALID LICENSE
• Ability to pass an on-site forklift driving test
• Ability to pass a safety training pre-testComfortable operating equipment in reverse
• Ability to lift 20-50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
• Steel-toe boots required
• Strong attendance, reliability, and commitment to safety

Preferred

• Clamp truck experience
• Experience with push/pull attachments, slip-sheet equipment, or similar material handling equipment
• RF scanner and warehouse management system experience
