Job summary

Banner Personnel is seeking a Perso Machine Operator to set up, run, and maintain equipment while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards. The role operates on a 3:30pm to 2:00am shift.

Responsibilities include operating MXD, Inserters, Konica Printer, K-90, K-1600, and Rigid Mailer machines, following SOPs, and performing daily quality checks. Strong attention to detail and basic mechanical and data entry skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior machine operating experience.
• Experience with data entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain MXD, Inserters, Konica Printer, K-90, K-1600, and Rigid Mailer machines.
• Follow SOPs and adhere to daily production schedules.
• Perform quality inspections on produced items.
• Monitor production lines, troubleshoot minor issues, halt operations if specs aren’t met.
• Accurately record daily production data.
