Position Summary

We seek a dedicated, compassionate, and energetic individual to serve as a vital link between residents, care staff, and facility staff. The primary responsibilities across all shifts include maintaining safety, preventing falls and elopements, and monitoring residents for changes in condition such as fever, cough, altered consciousness, or skin breakdown.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide both full-time and part-time care
• Dressing residents
• Bathing
• Oral and skin care
• Feeding
• Making beds
• Toileting assistance
• Taking vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure)
• Documentation
