Job summary

Performance Team is seeking a Payroll Clerk for the second shift in Stockton, CA. This full-time, on-site role coordinates activities of workers, maintains payroll records, processes pay rates, and ensures compliance with policies and government regulations.

You will file documents, create inbound/outbound files, review attendance points, and provide reporting to Operations. The position offers a pay range of $20–$22.50 per hour, benefits, and an inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required or equivalent experience.
• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of workers engaged in recording hours of work and processing time records.
• Maintain payroll control records and calculate payroll according to company policy.
