Job summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC (MHC), North America’s largest Kenworth truck dealership group, has an opening for a Parts and Service Specialist. You will perform both Service Advisor and Counter Sales roles, greet customers, coordinate repairs, estimate costs, and assist with warranty documentation.

You will help customers and mechanics with parts, aim to meet monthly sales and gross profit goals, and support the Parts Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in service/sales role preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to coordinate repair orders and interact with mechanics.
• Positive can-do attitude and willingness to train.
• Familiarity with inventory systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers openly and professionally.
• Coordinate customer repair orders with Service Manager and shop foremen.
• Prepare invoices for over-the-counter sales and parts used in repairs.
• Enter repair orders and close them in the data system.
• Assist in maintaining clean shop and office areas.
