Job summary

Allient Milwaukee | TCI is seeking a Panel Wirer on 2nd shift in Germantown, WI. This hands-on electrical assembly role focuses on wiring panels, reading blueprints, and building custom units with accuracy and quality.

You will use hand and power tools, test equipment like a digital multimeter and oscilloscope, and follow instructions to meet 600 V safety standards. A high school diploma and 2+ years of panel wiring or electrical assembly are required.

Qualifications

• Reading schematics, blueprints, and work instructions for accurate layouts.
• 2+ years of panel wiring, electrical assembly, or similar manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to read English technical materials.

Responsibilities

• Wire and assemble electrical panels and custom units using hand and power tools.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and instructions to lay out and build assemblies.
• Mount components, route wiring, and complete panel builds to specification.
• Use testing equipment such as a digital multimeter and oscilloscope to verify performance.
• Troubleshoot issues and support safe electrical testing on equipment up to 600 V.
