Job summary

You will read formulations, weigh materials, operate mixers, document batch results, and uphold safety standards. Strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential as you help deliver high-quality paint products to customers while maintaining a clean, compliant work

• Read and interpret paint formulation specifications and production orders.
• Measure and weigh raw materials accurately according to established recipes.
• Commit to safety, SOPs and a clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret paint formulation specifications and production orders.
• Measure and weigh raw materials accurately according to established recipes.
• Operate mixing equipment, including mixers, mills, and pumps, to produce paint batches.
• Document all batch production processes and quality control results accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment always.
• Actively communicate with supervisors and team members regarding batch status, issues, or deviations.
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and company policies without exception.
