Job summary

Spacesaver Corporation is seeking a Paint Line Loader/Unloader in Fort Atkinson, WI to handle loading/unloading components along the paint line. You will manage part sequencing, ensure accurate handling of painted and unpainted parts, and package finished goods while adhering to safety procedures and production schedules.

The role requires basic math, data entry, and familiarity with scanning/PC navigation, with English instructions understood.

Responsibilities

Load or unload components from the overhead conveyor according to production schedules.
Hang and remove parts based on size and style, ensuring proper sequence.
Handle unpainted parts as a loader and painted parts as an unloaders.
Package finished products as required.
Follow all safety protocols and startup/shutdown procedures.
Read and follow shop orders, electronic and written.
Perform quality inspections and maintain documentation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in other areas.
Use ERP system for shop order management and production reporting.
Adhere to scheduled hours and be available for overtime.
