Job summary

Vervic Inc. is hiring a Pack Out Assembler in Decatur, AL to assemble mechanical and electrical components per customer drawings and specifications. You will read drawings, use hand and pneumatic tools, perform inspections, and update production records.

The role requires basic math, safety compliance, and clear English communication. The position operates on the 2nd shift (1:30pm-10:00pm) with pay at $18.67 per hour, and includes benefits like health, dental, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum one-year related factory experience.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings, follow routers and perform basic calculations.
• Operate hand tools and pneumatic tooling to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspection using basic measuring tools.
• Comply with quality policies, specifications and instructions.
• Cut insulation and use chemicals, adhesives, paints and inks.
• Drive a sit-down forklift.
• Update records and paperwork per production requirements.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and follow safety procedures.
• Have a working command of English and communicate orally and in writing.
