Job summary

Milwaukee Tool seeks a Packer 1 to safely assemble and pack various products per customer specs while preserving quality, accuracy, and efficiency. You will use computerized systems to select, assemble and package orders, apply labels, and load components into packaging equipment.

The role requires manual dexterity, good communication, and the ability to work across all packing areas. A High School diploma or GED is required, with a focus on safety and teamwork in a non-temperature-controlled

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in production, assembly or packaging preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Safely assemble and pack products according to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Operate packaging equipment and apply labels.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and report issues to supervisors.
• Follow written and verbal instructions from Packer III or Supervisors.
• Aim to meet or exceed target output levels during the shift.
