Job summary

Fagron US in Canton, MA is hiring a Packaging Associate responsible for labeling and packaging activities, operating production equipment, and maintaining reagents per SOPs.

You will support setup and staging of batches, document batch records, and ensure accuracy to meet Right First Time metrics while adhering to cGMPs and the production schedule. This role requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for blocks of time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years related experience.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand up to 6 hours.
• Overtime on weekends as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication.
• Works well independently and in a team.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist setup and staging of batches and materials.
• Document batch records and logbooks.
• Meet Right First Time metrics by reducing errors.
• Maintain SOPs, cGMPs, and production schedules.
• Assist inventory control and proper paperwork.
• Stand up to 6 hours per shift and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisors.
