Nature’s Way, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Technician for the Challenger Plant on 2nd shift (3:00pm–1:00am, Mon–Thu). The role covers operation and monitoring of packaging machines, adherence to SOP and cGMP standards, and documenting activities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in two Packaging Zones (Zone 4 + 1 other).
• Education/experience aligns with packaging roles and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor assigned packaging machines to detect product defects.
• Follow SOP and cGMP guidelines and complete all related documentation accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of workspace, equipment, and materials at all times.
