Job summary

Nature's Way is hiring a Packaging Technician for the Challenger Plant on 2nd shift (3:00pm–1:00am, Mon–Thu). The role covers setup, operation, and monitoring of packaging lines, with emphasis on sanitary standards and quality.

You will participate in a proficiency program with wage increases every 4–6 months and support continuous improvement efforts. The position requires basic troubleshooting, adherence to SOPs/cGMP, and strong documentation practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to operate packaging equipment and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to follow SOPs and cGMP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging machines to detect product defects.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions in the workspace.
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Inspect finished goods for quality and proper labeling.
• Follow PPE guidelines and safety procedures; comply with lockout/tagout policies.
