Job summary

Crayola is seeking an Operator for 2nd shift to support production packing and assembly in our Easton facility. You will operate and adjust complex machinery, monitor quality, and ensure materials meet specifications under the supervision of the Team Manager.

Responsibilities include setup, efficiency maintenance, inventory procedures with the Warehouse Management System, and coaching temporary staff. A strong work ethic and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
1–2 years manufacturing/warehousing or similar experience preferred.
Must be able to perform physical requirements of the job.
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages and fractions.
Good command of the English language, written and verbal.
Basic computer literacy.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Operate, adjust and set up technically complex machinery to meet production schedules.
Maintain efficiency and inspect equipment, materials, and finished stock.
Assist in team problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
Keep work area clean and organized per 5S/5M and SOPs.
Track production and materials using the Warehouse Management System.
Train temporary staff in daily operations as required.
Follow safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
