Job summary

Viatris is seeking an Associate Operator, Packaging for the 2nd shift in St. Albans, Vermont. The role involves setting up and operating Production equipment, inspecting products, and ensuring proper labeling and storage.

You will document material runs, assist training of new staff, and perform instrument calibration as required, with emphasis on safety and accuracy in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; up to two years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical, communication, time management, organizational and writing skills.
• Computer skills including Word and Excel; ability to use Lotus Notes.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect products and monitor equipment for proper operation.
• Set up and run production equipment; maintain clean, orderly work areas.
• Label and store products correctly; document runs in batch records and logs.
• Assist in training new personnel under supervisor guidance.
• Perform calibration on scales, meters, ovens, and related instruments as instructed.
