Job summary

McClancy Foods & Flavors is seeking a Packaging Production Lead for our Spice Production Facility in Fort Mill, SC. You will oversee 2nd shift packaging operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement while guiding frontline teams and optimizing line performance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in manufacturing or packaging, with leadership experience and strong knowledge of packaging processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Programs: Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Math and written skills required.
• Ability to multitask on any type of project.

Responsibilities

• Promote a zero-incident safety culture and enforce all safety policies and procedures.
• Lead and coordinate packaging line operations to meet daily production targets.
• Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and shift handoffs.
• Escalate and resolve operational issues in real time.
• Supervise, coach, and develop operators and technicians.
• Track and report key production metrics.
