Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a motivated 2nd Shift Packaging Lead for their client in Moncure, North Carolina. This role leads a small packaging team in a highly automated manufacturing setting, coaching colleagues, troubleshooting equipment, and driving safety and accountability.

You will transition from training on 1st shift to permanent 2nd shift (1:00 PM–9:00 PM). Compensation includes $18.00–$22.00 per hour with a weekly production bonus, plus opportunities for overtime and career growth

Qualifications

• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting ability.
• Experience with automated equipment, conveyors, robotics.
• Ability to lead by example and hold team accountable.
