Job summary

Kao USA, Inc. in Cincinnati is seeking a 2nd Shift Packaging Supervisor to manage packaging operations and personnel on a 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift. You will ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA regulations, and maintain quality production in a safe and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Management, along with at least 2 years of manufacturing and personnel administration experience. We offer a flexible work environment, competitive benefits, and a salary range of $70,000 - $80,000.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment, preferably in packaging.
• 2+ years in personnel administration.
• 1+ years as a Packaging or Project Engineer preferred.
• Working knowledge of Performance Metrics.
• Basic electrical or mechanical troubleshooting skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned shift packaging operations and personnel.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and GMP.
• Evaluate current operations for safety and quality improvements.
• Mentor assigned shift packaging staff.
• Maintain compliance with training requirements.
