Job summary

Ditsch USA in Cincinnati is seeking a Production Associate to join their team on 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM). You will pack, weigh, label finished products, load materials, and support the production line while upholding quality and safety standards.

The role offers starting pay of $18–$20 per hour, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, PTO and holidays, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Warehouse/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Food production experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Basic math skills and flexibility to work weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (freezer to production floor).
