Responsibilities

• Prioritize and stage all shipments according to schedule.
• Collaborate with production to communicate shipment priorities and address delays.
• Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide regular status updates to the traffic team.
• Monitor staffing levels and report shortages to management.
• Coordinate movement of freight with shipping lead to optimize resources.
• Give comprehensive daily handover to 1st shift team.
