Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is hiring an Outbound Assistant Team Lead for the 2nd shift at a warehouse/distribution facility. The role blends leadership on the floor with hands-on outbound/warehouse work, and pays $19.50/hr.

Shifts run with start times between 11 am and 2 pm and end times between 8 pm and 12 am. Responsibilities include leading teammates, coordinating operations, and ensuring safety and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, equivalency certificate, or significant relevant work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, and/or transportation.
• Ability to demonstrate leadership and take initiative.
• Knowledge of material handling, warehouse operations, and transportation.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift at least 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse functions efficiently and professionally (similar to Warehouse Checker/Warehouse Worker duties).
• Support the Team Leader by instructing and assisting team members on the floor.
• Step into Team Leader responsibilities in their absence.
• Assist leadership with special customer-required projects and tasks.
• Help coordinate warehouse space utilization and support physical inventory efforts.
• Provide general business/operational support as assigned.
• Lead and guide lower-grade subordinate staff.
