Job summary

Master Electronics, based in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an experienced outbound warehouse leader to run the floor on second shift, directing picking, packing, staging, and shipping while meeting deadlines and coaching a growing team.

You will monitor queues, adjust staffing, and ensure safety and accuracy as shipments move through the dock, working cross-functionally to resolve issues and optimize flow.

Qualifications

• Experience leading outbound, warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment teams
• Quick, sound judgment when priorities compete and plans change
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, and comfort turning data into decisions
• Bilingual - Spanish/English highly preferred
• Working knowledge of fulfillment, shipping, inventory controls, carrier requirements, and warehouse safety
• WMS, order management, or shipping system experience preferred
• Availibility to work second shift
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or business preferred

Responsibilities

• Run the floor: Direct daily picking, packing, staging, and shipping. Balance volumes, schedules, equipment, and staffing to meet customer and carrier deadlines
• Stay ahead of the clock: Monitor order queues, dock activity, and carrier cutoffs so bottlenecks never become late shipments
• Build your people: Hire, train, coach, and cross-train associates so the team can flex with changing volumes. Give timely feedback and address performance concerns directly
• Shape the culture: Make onboarding, recognition, and accountability part of how the team works every day
• Fix what breaks: Resolve shipping errors, discrepancies, and damages quickly, and work with Inventory, Receiving, Customer Service, and Sales to keep product moving
• Keep improving: Use performance data to find root causes and raise the standard. Maintain procedures and training materials that make it stick
• Own safety and standards: Keep the facility clean, safe, and compliant, and oversee end-of-shift closing
• Step up when it counts: Support peak periods and special projects
