Job summary

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of process/equipment experience, a high school diploma, and forklift certification. The role includes lifting up to 50 lbs, shift flexibility, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of process and equipment experience in manufacturing, biotech, or related fields.
• Strong safety mindset and attention to quality during production.
• Ability to operate basic production software and document results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Verify raw materials and batch quantities per instructions.
• Complete required documentation accurately and neatly.
• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment following SOPs.
• Inspect in-process production and adjust as needed to maintain quality.
• Record daily logs and communicate deviations to the supervisor.
