Job summary

Heraeus Medevio is seeking an Operations Technician for 2nd shift at White Bear Lake, MN. The role supports production, partners with engineering for process improvements, and ensures tooling and data compliance for standard production.

The successful candidate will have 1+ years of Heraeus Medical experience or 3+ years in related industry, basic inspection tool knowledge, and basic machining skills. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.

Responsibilities

• Supports production in all competencies set forth by the supervisor.
• Works with Engineering on process improvement.
• Maintains production tooling with manufacturing engineering and tool room.
• Adheres to setup data during standard production phases.
• Completes production paperwork such as batch assignment, SAP, headers.
• Keeps manufacturing tool cribs clean and organized.
• Provides technical support, troubleshooting and repair for production equipment.
• Acts as a technical leader across departments and cross-trained teams.
• Assists training operators on new and revised processes.
• May assist with equipment or tool assembly.
• Contributes feedback for quality and process improvements.
• Follows the training program and maintains training records.
