Job summary

Heraeus Medevio seeks a Toolmaker for our White Bear Lake, MN site on 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 2:30 PM–1:00 AM; onboarding on 1st shift). You will design, fabricate, assemble, and troubleshoot tools for stamping components and products.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of experience, and SolidWorks proficiency; English reading/writing is essential. Onsite position with training and transition to full-time 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; 2-year technical/apprenticeship training or school preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SolidWorks strongly preferred.
• Must be proficient in reading and writing in English.
• Must have ability to work standard hours set for the position.

Responsibilities

• Designs, assembles, and troubleshoots parts or tools required for production and testing.
• Uses precision measuring devices to fabricate parts and tooling per instructions.
• Sets up and operates CNC and manual tool room equipment.
• Collaborates with engineering and designers to improve tooling.
• Maintains accurate records and inventory of tools and equipment.
