The role oversees a shift of up to 40 associates in Bulk, Shipping, Receiving, Repack, and Forklift, ensuring staffing, production targets, quality, and safety standards are met.

You will provide orientation, coaching, and training, address corrective actions, foster a positive team environment, and coordinate across departments to reach daily goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years supervisory/management experience.
• Familiarity with RF and pick-to-light systems preferred.
• Flexible to work multi-shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong planning and organization.
• MS Office proficiency a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staffing for the shift and maintain production, quality, and safety standards.
• Provide orientation, coaching and training to assigned personnel.
• Provide corrective actions as appropriate.
• Create a positive team environment through motivation and feedback.
• Communicate across DC departments to achieve daily goals.
• Maintain housekeeping standards.
• Inspect work area and equipment.
• Prepare work orders and requisitions for repairs.
• Input data for required reporting.
