Operations Supervisor
Do you enjoy building a team and creating a culture of excellence? Come join our team as an Operations Supervisor where you will be responsible for day to day operations, monitoring productivity and performance standards while planning and directing workflow and project assignments. You will review and manage production volume to ensure service standards are met. The Supervisor will also conduct hiring, training, and the evaluation of staff. You will be responsible for the team’s adherence to corporate attendance and employment policies and work with your leader to develop policies, procedures and the business work plan for the team.
