Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration seeks an experienced Operations Manager for the 2nd shift in Fort Wayne, IN. The role leads day-to-day client account operations, coaching supervisors and staff, and ensuring high-quality service delivery with urgency to customers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of operations management experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience and 2–3 years of management experience or a BA with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and service delivery for client accounts.
• Manage, coach, and support supervisors and field staff.
• Develop staffing plans to ensure client accounts are properly covered.
• Coordinate employee assignments and schedules based on business needs.
• Maintain strong client relationships and respond promptly to questions or concerns.
• Monitor service quality and ensure standards and client expectations are met.
• Manage projects from planning through completion.
• Identify operational problems and develop effective solutions.
