Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred.
• Bilingual English–Spanish.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.

Responsabilités

• Set up the cell before shift and before breaks.
• Monitor line startup and ensure standard work is followed.
• Provide training and tools for team efficiency.
• Maintain schedules and track production hour-by-hour.
• Identify root cause and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure product quality aligns with standards.
