Pentair is recruiting an Operations Coordinator (Team Lead) for Moorpark, CA, on 3rd shift. You will support line teams, ensure steady production pace, and drive Lean improvements for safety, quality, and cost control.

Responsibilities include training, problem solving, and monitoring metrics like Quality, Delivery, and 5S. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and the ability to lead a shift successfully.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in production/manufacturing leadership.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Ability to lead a team and solve problems.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand 8–12 hours.

Responsabilités

• Set up cells before shift and monitor line start-up.
• Verify adherence to standard work and train the team.
• Ensure full schedule completion and address issues with root-cause analysis.
• Monitor product quality to meet standards and performance levels.
• Apply Lean principles and maintain takt time across operations.
• Fill in for absent team members and perform repairs on line.
• Track production using hour-by-hour charts and Kaizen stations.
